Coming Events.... Celebrating Queen; Celebrating Crone
A three day retreat/workshop/celebration in Marfa, Texas October 17, 18 and 19, 2008 Offered by Rev. Margo Chamberlain
This retreat/workshop/celebration is designed for healthy mature women who have been reflecting on their life experiences, who are willing to be responsible for living a full and fulfilling life and who are willing to create the next chapter of their lives, whether it be queen or crone.
This transformational and experiential retreat is designed to breakthrough our cultural barriers to becoming the magnificent beings we are. It is designed to invigorate our appreciation for and practice of ritual in our every day lives. It is designed to celebrate this time of our lives.
Ritual helps us transcend the mundane and connect with our larger selves. Rituals create connectedness, community and intimacy. Rituals provide a healing process and help us achieve a lasting sense of peace.
In this retreat/workshop/celebration, we will learn the importance of ritual; we will create our own sacred space and will celebrate the adventure of stepping powerfully into our wise selves.
Limited to 22 women, the retreat/workshop/celebration will be held at the Hacienda del Arcon/Building 98, headquarters of the International Woman's Foundation in Marfa, Texas (www.haciendadelarcon.org.)
Cost: $175 before September 1 ($195 after September 1)
